Day 1
As you arrive on Day 1, our welcoming check-in with a refreshing drink sets the tone for your journey. The day unfolds with an opening ceremony & inaugural seminar on trauma & healing, a trauma sensitive yoga session followed by a deep relaxation, paving the way for a nourishing vegetarian dinner. Cap off the evening with a personalized health & wellness consultation to help you set your goals. On Days 2 and 3, before lunch, you'll have the option to indulge in an additional Gua Sha therapy or Ayurvedic face massage (reservation to be made on the 1st day of the retreat).
Day 2
Day 2 begins with a guided meditation designed for trauma healing and emotional regulation and a gentle Hatha Yoga practice. Engage in a mindful fitness session to energize your body and learn about mind-body connection followed by a nutritious brunch. In the afternoon, attend our self-care workshop and explore self-care fascial maneuvers. Concluding the day with a relaxing evening yoga session leads you into a restful night.
Day 3
On Day 3, kickstart your morning with a chakra healing session in nature, followed by trauma sensitive yoga. Immerse yourself in a dynamic fitness session and deepen your knowledge of mind-body connection. After your brunch, you will have the opportunity to visit the farm and learn about permaculture with our host Isabella! A must go! As the evening unfolds, delve into profound relaxation with yin yoga and yoga nidra sessions.
Day 4
Day 4 is entirely dedicated to a shamanic ritual to restore harmony in your body, mind and spirit by working with the energies and forces of the natural world and animal kingdom. Live an extraordinary experience that will reshape your life!
Day 5
As Day 5 unfolds, partake in a wonderful meditation, restorative yoga session and gratitude circle. The retreat concludes with a reflective session, a group photo, video testimonials, and check-out at noon. And last but not least, take a tour in the lovely village of Saint-Paul de Vence (optional; traveling using your own means).

Our retreat will take place in Saint-Jeannet, a village situated in the Alpes-Maritimes in southeastern France, near the pristine beaches of the French Riviera, just 20 kilometers from Nice and a stone's throw from the mythical medieval village Saint-Paul de Vence. Discover Saint-Jeannet, an ancient and mysterious village secluded from mass tourism, nestled at the foot of an immense cliff called the Baou.
Saint-Jeannet has gained a mystical reputation, with tales of older village women practicing "witchcraft," using herbs and spells to cure ailments. The distinctive silhouette of the Baou, resembling a crouching sphinx, fueled rumors in bygone days, leading villagers from Saint-Paul de Vence to label the people of Saint-Jeannet as witches. However, today, the only enchantment cast is the irresistible charm of Saint-Jeannet, captivating and mesmerizing every visitor.

Advocating for a return to the land, zero-waste, and respect for nature, Casa des Madeleines provides visitors with an immersive and unique experience. The site boasts numerous terraces with breathtaking views, and a natural swimming pond enhances the connection with the environment. An open-air kitchen invites guests to commune with nature while enjoying their culinary experience.
The eco-lodges, namely COBA, BABEL, and FIGUIER, seamlessly blend with the outdoors. Adorned with carefully selected furniture and a touch of modernity, these soft and comfortable cocoons offer tranquility and serenity to those seeking refuge in nature.
The farm features a vast organic vegetable garden, a chicken coop, a honeybee farm, and a garden of herbs and medicinal plants. Living and sleeping under the canopy of majestic oaks that support the lodges, guests can enjoy cozy banquettes, a gypsy bed under a mosquito net for sleeping under the stars, and even an outdoor bathtub veiled by crochet lace for those seeking privacy.
In the eco-lodges, earthy and natural tones prevail, with sisal, straw, wool, and twine rugs covering the floors. Space can be expanded at will by drawing large curtains with graceful, airy patterns. On the terraces, Acapulco chairs and light wood benches complete the serene surroundings.
