Program taught in French and English or exclusively in English depending on the profile of the participants

Day 1

As you arrive on Day 1, our welcoming check-in with a refreshing drink sets the tone for your journey. The day unfolds with an opening ceremony & inaugural seminar on trauma & healing, a trauma sensitive yoga session followed by a deep relaxation, paving the way for a nourishing vegetarian dinner. Cap off the evening with a personalized health & wellness consultation to help you set your goals. On Days 2 and 3, before lunch, you'll have the option to indulge in an additional Gua Sha therapy or Ayurvedic face massage (reservation to be made on the 1st day of the retreat).

Day 2

Day 2 begins with a guided meditation designed for trauma healing and a gentle Hatha Yoga practice. After breakfast, engage in a mindful fitness session to energize your body and learn about mind-body connection. Post lunch, attend our self-care workshop and explore self-care fascial maneuvers. Concluding the day with a relaxing evening yoga session leads you into a restful night.

Day 3

On Day 3, kickstart your morning with a chakra healing session in nature, followed by trauma sensitive yoga and a wholesome breakfast. Post-breakfast, immerse yourself in a dynamic fitness session and deepen your knowledge of mind-body connection. After your workout, take a tour in the lovely village of Largentière (optional, travel by your own means). As the evening unfolds, delve into profound relaxation with yin yoga and yoga nidra sessions.

Day 4

Day 4 is entirely dedicated to a shamanic ritual to restore harmony in your body, mind and forces by working with the energies and spirits of the natural world and animal kingdom. Live an extraordinary experience that will reshape your life!

Day 5

As Day 5 unfolds, partake in a wonderful meditation, restorative yoga session and gratitude circle. The retreat concludes with a reflective session, a group photo, video testimonials, and check-out at noon.

Welcome to Kinitro, a cozy and beautiful "mas" located in Joannas, Ardèche, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of Southern France. Nestled against a hill 25 km away from Aubenas, this characterful house boasts two terraces overlooking the valley, a yoga shala, a large swimming pool, and a beautiful garden with a source of pure, fresh, drinkable water—creating a safe haven to begin your healing journey in a supportive environment.

Join our retreat and discover the Ardèche region, the South of France's best-kept secret, where history, nature, and gastronomy intertwine. Nearly half of the department is covered by forests and generous nature. Ardèche is a land of gorges, rivers, hills, valleys, mountains, and caves, earning it the title of a regional leader in green tourism. A few minutes from Joannas, two villages hold the label "Most Beautiful Villages of France": Balazuc and Voguë. Ardèche is also a cultural mosaic, adorned with Romanesque churches and medieval castles.

Venue

The mas is composed of two parts: one being the "Reynaud side" and the other the "Tourvieille side".

Reynaud aisle is located at the west part of the house. It's a charming part of the house that comprises 6 bedrooms, 5 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor opening onto the terrace. There are 3 bedrooms with a 160cm bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90cm.

On this side, there is 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 toilet upstairs, and 1 bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub next to the kitchen + 1 toilet.

The Tourvieille side is the older part of the house that retains timeless charm! This part of the house includes 8 bedrooms, 6 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. There are 7 bedrooms with a 140cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm.This side has 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 toilet on the ground floor + 1 toilet on the 1st floor. On cooler days, on this side of the house, heating is done with a wood fire.There is a stove in the living room and one in the entrance hall.

Food

During the retreat, experience delightful meals prepared on-site by the talented local chef Elsa, using fresh, seasonal & organic ingredients from nearby sources. Her cuisine is a vibrant blend of vegetarian and vegan delights, offering a creative and colorful gourmet experience loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for good health and disease prevention. Consciously prepared with love and experience, we will serve you food that is purifying and in tune with living a life closer to your pure nature.
