Charter on Personal Data and Trackers

The Personal Data and Cookies Charter (hereinafter referred to as the "Charter") aims to inform you about your rights that you can exercise regarding the processing of your data and describes the measures that we can take to protect these data.

1. Data Controller

Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness is the "Data Controller" of personal data relating to the management of the website. These processing operations are carried out in accordance with applicable law. However, as explained in the General Terms of Use, the Site may contain hypertext links leading to third-party sites. Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness is not responsible for the processing of Personal Data that may be carried out by the publishers of these third-party sites if the user visits these sites. Therefore, users are invited to read the provisions regarding the protection of Personal Data of the relevant third-party sites they visit and/or any other third-party site to which they may be redirected, notably from the respective sites.

2. Data Collected and Processed

To manage the Site, Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness may collect personal data for the following purposes and on the legal bases defined below:

• Based on these purposes, Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness may collect and process the following Data related to the user's activity on the Site: technical data corresponding to their receiving devices and browsing data collected via trackers.

3. Data Retention Period

Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness retains Personal Data for a period not exceeding the duration necessary for the purposes described in Article 2 and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions. At the end of the retention periods determined by Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness, Personal Data will be deleted or anonymized.

Trackers for evaluating the Site's audience and personalizing advertising content are deposited on the user's receiving device and kept for a maximum period of thirteen months from their deposit, and Data related to their activity on the Site collected via these trackers are retained for a period not exceeding 25 months from the deposit of the corresponding tracker on their receiving device.

Personal Data intended to allow access to external content on the Site is not retained by Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness. They are directly transferred to the publisher of the relevant external content via a technical stream (for more information, see the data management policy of the relevant third party).

4. Recipient of the Data Concerned

Personal Data processed by Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness are exclusively intended for the company itself and will not be marketed or rented to third parties. 5. Security and Protection of Data Concerned

Personal Data collected by Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness is stored in a secure environment. They are hosted with the provider identified in our Legal Notice link to legal notice.

Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness takes all appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data in order to protect them against any loss, accidental destruction, alteration, and unauthorized access.

However, although Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness implements all available means to ensure the security of the Site, Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness does not control all risks inherent in the digital sector, particularly those related to the operation and use of the Internet. It is reminded that, under the conditions provided by the aforementioned regulations, users have the following rights:

• the right to obtain the rectification of their Data;

• the right to obtain the erasure of their Data unless a legal obligation requires Eva Martin EI - Ikshana Holistic Wellness to retain them;

• the right to obtain the portability of their Data;

• the right to limit the processing of their Data;

• the right to object to the processing of their Data.

Finally, users can establish directives regarding the retention, erasure, and communication of their Personal Data after their death.
